1/2 banana
1/4 Granny Smith Apple
1 tbs spoon pumpkin seeds
1 table spoon chia seed
1 table spoon dried cranberries
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cups almond milk
1splenda or sugar packet (optional)
