Healthy quick breakfast sandwich 
This morning I wake up and thought to myself,what can I make that would be easy to make and that I already had in my pantry ?

Well this is what you came up 

Tomato basil eggs on a multigrain English muffin 


Slice and toast English muffin to your liking 

Fry egg in a nonstick pan with Pam or other cooking spray of choice 

Slice tomatoes

Fresh basil leaves washed dried and broken from stalk

Asiago cheese     
Place egg/ egg white on tasted muffin place basil on egg

Place tomatoes on top of basil 

Place asiago cheese next

Salt and pepper to taste 

Then place top of muffin to complete sandwich and microwave till cheese is melted
