Breakfast wrap

This morning I wanted something healthy for breakfast, so I decided to Make a breakfast wrap.

First I heated a frying pan on medium heat ,coated with Pam or your choice of cooking spray , then added 2 egg whites . Until cooked to your liking.

Heat tomatoes wrap in oven on broil for 2-3 minutes 

Remove wrap from oven

Place egg whites on wrap

Add sliced tomatoes

Sliced cucumbers

Your choice of Gouda cheese or feta cheese 

Field greens 

Salt and pepper to your liking

(Optional) add fresh salsa

Eat open or closed

I enjoyed my healthy breakfast and was very satisfied . Who knew eating healthy could taste so good.
